The shortcut isn't working

Re-check Accessibility and Input Monitoring in System Settings → Privacy & Security, toggle them off and on for Detexts, then relaunch the app. The global shortcut needs both.

Nothing gets pasted

Make sure the focused app accepts text input and that Accessibility is granted — pasting uses it.

Recording starts but no text appears

Check that a transcription model is downloaded and active in Settings → Transcription Models, and that your microphone permission is granted.
